“Absolute abysmal service”

Nothing good. First of all, this is not a proper hotel. They are running a PG inside. The actual hotel doesn't look like the posted photos. The drainage was open and there was a metal sheet kept for crossing the drainage water and entering the reception. The staff was very rude, especially the reception guy. I booked this hotel for my elderly parents. I just went inside the room to keep the luggage and the reception guy demanded 800 rupees to go inside. The booking was prepaid. At the time of booking, they advertised that breakfast was included, however the reception staff straight away denied it. When my parents asked, the guy at the reception gave a 50 rupees note and told them to go and get breakfast and said that he can't do any room service. The washroom was smelly and covered in dirt. When we switched on the ac, the hotel staff told my parents to use the fan instead. The room has no ventilation. It was very stuffy and dark. Out of all the lights, only one LED lamp was working. On the check out day, the reception guy came at around 10 am in the morning and was standing outside the room and knocking on the door. He made us checkout at 10 am even though we paid for the whole day. Even after doing all these atrocities, he had the audacity to demand a 5 star review for the abysmal service. Will never book this hotel again. I hope this place closes down soon.

“Poor experience”

Only the location was convenient; the rooms were terrible and didn’t match the photos, the AC dripped water inside, the washroom and room were unclean, one bathroom had no water, and the other toilet seat was broken.

The hotel's location was a major selling point for me, but unfortunately, the noise from the nearby streets made it hard to get a good night's sleep. On the plus side, the staff were super helpful when I checked in late, and the room was spotless despite being a bit on the small side. What really impressed me, though, was that the hotel didn't open the room before I arrived, which was a nice touch considering I was arriving late at night.

The hotel had some major issues that made my stay pretty frustrating. The geyser wasn't working, which was a big problem since I was looking forward to a hot shower after a long day. To make matters worse, there were no power sockets in the room to charge my phone, and the wifi was super slow and unreliable. On top of that, the only light bulbs available were the harsh main lights, which made it hard to relax in the evenings.
