The hotel experience was a mixed bag, with some interesting amenities and some notable missteps in service. While the room was clean and the robot takeout delivery system was a unique touch, there were issues with the provision of basic toiletries and a lack of communication from staff. Additionally, there were concerns about the cleanliness of the premises and the behavior of some guests.

Unfortunately, the hotel stay was marred by a preventable issue - a mosquito bite. While the incident was not severe, it was a reminder that attention to detail is crucial in maintaining a comfortable and safe environment.
