How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Breakfast was self‑served, the room and bathroom were fine, and the owner stayed in touch throughout the stay; the location was excellent. However, the kitchen annex lacked plates, tea was never refilled, there were no coffee pods, and I couldn’t use the stove or oven to warm food or make an omelet.

Everything was brand new and the location was great, but the room was noisy from other guests and it didn’t have the fridge that was listed.

I noticed the kitchen was missing a plate, which would have been handy.

I really liked the location and the room’s terrace exit.

The spot is great and the smart TV works, but the mattress is uncomfortable, the pillows are bad, and when we cleaned the room it was only half‑cleaned – trash and old towels were left. There is no window, only a shared terrace door, so there’s no privacy and you can hear other people talking. The bathroom is pretty, but the sink and shower are impractical because the water splashes sideways. The kitchen lacks enough counter space and there are no plates at all.
