The spot is unbeatable, close to NH16, and the owner is very supportive; the staff were helpful and the room was clean, spacious, and neat.
I was unable to find the hotel because the map link sent in the email pointed to the wrong spot, so I missed the place entirely; the late hour made it impossible to double‑check the address.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. It's a shame, because I had high expectations from this establishment. However, the staff's attitude and demeanor were a major letdown, making my stay less enjoyable than it could have been.
The building looks nice and the owner is very friendly, giving off a good vibe. The accommodation itself is good.

The water taps were leaking, and the most concerning issue was the complete lack of a hot water facility. To make matters worse, they provided a bucket and a manual heater coil as a makeshift solution, which was quite unimpressive. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family stay.
