Score: 9.0/10 I was blown away by the stunning spot, but a car is essential to get there. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I’m already planning a longer stay next time.

Score: 10.0/10 The brand‑new hotel sits right by the lake, and the room was truly gorgeous, enormous, and fully equipped. The restaurant was also good, and overall it was super. Breakfast, however, fell short of the hotel’s level and was rather mediocre; if that were improved, it would earn an 11/10.

Score: 9.0/10 The lakefront location is beautiful, and both the building and rooms are modern and well designed. Although the hotel is a bit far from downtown Debar, a ten‑minute drive gets you there easily, and the place is wonderfully quiet. We had to wait about ten minutes for someone to come out for check‑in, and they didn’t seem like they really belonged there. The following morning, the check‑out was smooth with staff readily available and very kind. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and no notice was given.

Score: 8.0/10 The new hotel has a luxurious feel, and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was huge, featuring a sofa, a small table, and chairs, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served on the terrace by the lake, and the restaurant on the top floor is good. There were a few minor flaws, but the receptionist said they would be addressed.
