The elevator didn't work on day 1 or day 2; I’m 76 years old with COPD, so I needed help getting to my 2nd‑floor room, and while the staff tried to assist by calling someone whenever possible, I felt uneasy asking for help each time.

The hotel messaged me asking if I needed any assistance and said I only wanted daily housekeeping and a confirmation email, yet no one ever cleaned my room; when I inquired, the front desk claimed there was no staff to do it, which made their earlier question feel pointless.

1st receptionist who checked me in was accommodating and respectful ,. I found bumps on my back when I was staying there , I couldn’t confirm if it was bed bugs but my clothes had to be washed before they entered my house, the pool was closed. When I was leaving nobody helped me with my belongings and valet couldn’t even hold the door for me eventually I had to ask them to hold the door, the amenities don’t really match the price unfortunately I could’ve went somewhere cheaper , the bathtub is small not good for taller people

Very dog‑friendly, beautiful rooms, and the staff were friendly; the bar and food made me feel at home. The downside is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors tap‑dance and people outside your door.
