“Séjour horrible.”
I was blown away by how bad this hotel was. From the moment I arrived, the staff were constantly on the phone trying to solve other guests' issues. There was nothing good to say about my stay, so I strongly advise against booking here. No staff were present at night, and a fire alarm went off at 3 am—likely because guests were smoking in their rooms—and it stayed on for over an hour. The phone number listed on Booking didn’t match the person running the hotel, and nobody could be reached. All guests were forced to wait outside until the alarm shut itself off. The experience was a total disaster; I filed a complaint. There was no Wi‑Fi, the TV didn’t work, rooms were extremely basic and questionable in cleanliness. I was also promised a take‑away breakfast that never arrived because no staff were on site in the morning.
