How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was comfy overall. It would be nice if the curtains could be fully closed to block out light, but they’re not on a rod so it’s awkward to close them. The co-star was a bit of a hassle, so planning ahead is essential.

The restaurant is within walking distance and the bed was okay. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the cleaning/ fragrance sprays were too strong. I couldn’t find a drinking glass at the AKK nor an ice machine. The shower curtain was at least 4 inches from the bathtub, so water leaked onto the floor. There were spider webs and bugs in the upper corner of the bathroom walls. The staff were hard to reach; the phone mailbox was full. When I checked in, the response to my bell ringing was slow and a $100 security fee still appeared on my card, which I had to call about again. No staff were available to check me out, so I left at 6:45 am. The only thing I could do was drop my key card in the drop box.

There was no front desk when we checked in. The Wi‑Fi was reset because it was the first of the month and wasn’t available until the evening when we returned to bed. We couldn’t get help because there was no front desk to answer our calls during the stay.

Getting there was easy. The only downside was that the $100 deposit wasn’t mentioned during booking.

The staff were the only thing worth the trip. I didn’t like anything else about the motel at all.
