“Pena não poder dar mais estrelas...”

The staff were quick, friendly, and attentive, and the bed and room were comfortable. The room was clean with tasteful décor, and the staff promptly replaced a TV that suddenly stopped working—just five minutes later another was installed. Breakfast was excellent, very good and varied. I recommend it! The only thing that didn’t satisfy me was that I arrived by express train and had to walk 30 m to the hotel; doing this several times a day was inconvenient. There were no Ubers or public transport on weekends and holidays, and taxis were very expensive. That’s just a personal issue—if you’re driving it’s super easy, and the hotel has a large parking lot. Kudos to the entire staff.

We had a special request: one room for an 86/90‑year‑old couple, an 88‑year‑old single, and two younger guests. The staff arranged the elderly guests on the entrance floor so they could access the building easily, meeting our expectations 100 %. We chose this hotel because we couldn’t find another that could accommodate us, and we’re very happy we found it. The parking lot is spacious and accessible, the surroundings are very quiet on weekends, and the staff are wonderfully nice.
