The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and came with a coffee maker and a refrigerator. Snacks were available 24/7 in the lobby, including apples, wrapped croissants, candies, etc. The best meal of our trip was the pasta dinner at the hotel restaurant, which so far surpassed what we had in Verona and Venice. We arrived after a long drive at 5:30 and were disappointed that the restaurant didn’t open until 7. When we asked, the staff served us happy‑hour drinks on the patio more than half an hour before opening. Breakfast was generous. I wish they had told us the restaurant would serve drinks before 7 PM. The extremely loud noise of lorries all night surprised me and woke me up often; I should have put on earplugs much sooner, which would have helped a lot.

The staff were very courteous and helpful; we asked for early check‑in and they accommodated us even though it wasn’t the standard time. The location is ideal for visiting Lake Como and the surroundings without being in the chaos.

The location is perfect. The reception was good. The toilet lid was in bad condition, old and needs replacing. The TV stand is at a dangerous height for the head.
