The location made getting to and from the airport easy. Rooms were clean, decent size, and had kitchenettes. The staff let us leave our luggage in the reception for 24 hrs after check‑out. On arrival, the receptionist told us the family suite we had booked for four was unavailable and offered two double rooms for an extra 1500 lira. I argued that we shouldn’t pay for a hotel mistake, but they insisted we either pay or cancel. It was past 9 pm, we were exhausted from a long day of travel, and the last thing we wanted was to find a new hotel. The receptionist also mentioned they wouldn’t charge the 6000 lira tourism tax as a goodwill gesture. This was the first time I’d heard of a tourism tax in Turkey, and it was more than the cost of a single night’s stay! We reluctantly agreed to pay 1200 lira. It wasn’t fair, but we were in a tough spot. To top it off, both showers were faulty. A day after checking out and paying, the hotel cancelled my booking for no reason—I had already stayed and left. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The bathroom shower locks when it’s humming, so you can get stuck inside, and the equipment is very old.

It’s 4/5 min from the airport, that’s the only plus. Very bad experience. This place definitely does not deserve 4 stars, not even 1 star. Everything is old, poorly maintained, and not clean. The building contains many different “hotels” and at the entrance you even have to say which hotel you came for, which is very confusing and unprofessional. We sent a message 3–4 hrs before arrival asking them to prepare the extra bed, but when we arrived nothing was ready. Later, in the middle of the night, someone knocked on our door to make the bed. Completely ridiculous and it disturbed our sleep. At check‑in they also tried to charge me more than the price. They said if I pay by card there would be an extra commission and suggested paying cash or transferring the money to their account. I refused and insisted on paying by card. If I had not insisted, they would have charged more than the booking price. Overall a very bad experience. Absolutely not recommended.
