“depressing and cost me money to change to a new location VIA BNB and not Bookings.com”
Not much - this booking was for my manager for Cape Town, No wifi, no coffee station, bed was very uncomfortable according to him and I booked a different place in the middle of his stay, actually would love a refund for this, the room had 1 window I believe it could not even open. Mentioned above

Enjoyed a lovely stay at your establishment. Will definitely consider staying again in future. I could not link to the wi-fi. Not a huge trainsmash I managed to check emails using cellphone network
Lovely area, facilities and atmosphere. Great rest-over for business trips. Everything was good

Arg it was ok cz we were desperate. Like I thought it was a bnb not a family house as we felt uncomfortable. Extension wasn’t working like it didn’t meet expectations overall
