The family was friendly and the village life felt traditional and remote.

Highly recommended! If you want to visit the nearby national parks, this is the perfect starting point. We especially enjoyed the family atmosphere – very warm and straightforward.

The best accommodation of our entire trip! The family is so kind and welcoming; we felt really at home, the food was great, and the vibe is super warm. It was a wonderful experience, we loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

The spot is great, you can hike up the hills next to the house for a nice view; the family is welcoming and they make good homemade jams. Most guests only stay one night, so it’s good value. On the downside, there are too many rooms (plus one yurt) for one bathroom – we were almost 16 people sharing one bathroom for a night. The beds are uncomfortable; new mattresses would help. In the garden a table and chairs for more people would be nice – wooden ones made at home would be fine. Because of that, everyone stays in their rooms.
