“Uncomfortable and no safety.”
The location is quite good. However, staying with the staff lady made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for women.

The owner is very kind. The hotel sits right in front of Lumpini Park, close to both BTS and MRT, yet it’s quiet. The shower is slightly broken and wobbly, so it feels like you could fall if you don’t use it carefully.

The climate and location are a plus, especially the proximity to many attractions, both on foot and by public transport. The price for a night and the 8.0 rating on Booking don’t match the standard of this rating compared to what I’ve seen at other properties. It’s hard to find a cheap Western chain hotel that still meets minimal cleanliness standards. I wanted to rent something local to support the community, but clearly they still need to mature to tourist standards. Future stays in this city I’ll only book at foreign hotels, and maybe in a few years I’ll try something local again. I’d give a final rating of at most 4‑5. I don’t recommend this place to anyone until the owner does a thorough renovation. 1. The moment you enter the room, you immediately smell something odd, like mold or mildew. Fresh stains on the ceiling suggest a leaky roof, and the owner is just masking the problem instead of fixing it. 2. If you think you’ll sleep here, forget it unless you can handle sleeping next to a busy intersection with honking scooters, tuk‑tuks, and cars. Even the BTS train passes by on concrete pillars, and the windows and walls don’t insulate any sound. I used earplugs, but they didn’t help much. 3. A small flat green lizard roams the room. 4. At the entrance they ask you to change shoes, but inside the room the floor is dirty with stains from some liquid and shoe prints. It may have been swept, but the wet cleaning is long gone. 5. The second room we got on the third floor was locked with a padlock because someone apparently broke the lock. Inside it closes with a latch. The room is fairly clean, but the noise is the same as in all other rooms. I don’t know what the rooms on lower floors look like. 6. The bathroom is a separate area, built on the terrace. It’s spacious, but the floor is the same as in the room, and it hasn’t seen wet cleaning for weeks, only brooms. There are ants everywhere. The toilet clogs frequently, even though we don’t put toilet paper in it. 7. The climate and location are a plus, especially the proximity to many attractions, both on foot and by public transport. 8. The price for a night and the 8.0 rating on Booking don’t match the standard of this rating compared to what I’ve seen at other properties.
