The room promised a lake view but offered none; the view was blocked by other surroundings, which was the main issue for us.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in Nuwara Eliya—rooms were tidy, well kept, and beds super comfy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was excellent with a nice range of choices. All in all, it was a very pleasant, comfortable experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya; I’d love to come back! ❤️

“Good enough for me to go back and will recommend to others.”

The staff really stood out—always checking in, asking if we needed anything else, and quickly acting on feedback. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast could use a menu refresh to better suit guests’ tastes and a way to keep it warm; a small garden would also be nice, especially in Nuwara Eliya.

“A mixed experience”

Breakfast was the only thing we liked; it was good, though not very varied. We were disappointed overall, especially for the price. A bulb in the room kept flickering, and even the lamp shade did the same. We checked in at about 6:00 p.m. and left around 10:00 a.m. the next day, yet the email said checkout was 2:00 p.m., which was confusing. The room had no heater, and basic items like towels and slippers were missing. We paid Rs. 17,400 and felt the facilities and service didn’t justify the cost; we expected a much better experience for that amount.

“Highly recommend”

Breakfast was delicious and worth the price; the room was cozy and the staff responded quickly and were friendly. I had a problem with the water temperature, and the location was a bit hard to reach because the road is narrow.
