The hotel’s location is great and it’s really comfortable, but the internet works well only on the main device; you cannot connect a second device, so the system should be changed, which most clients have asked for.

The woman who cleaned the room was incredible, very clean, very polite, and I liked her a lot; however, since it’s supposedly a four‑star place, there were not many amenities, the breakfast was weak, the room was missing many items, so I’m not sure—maybe I’m used to five stars.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean with comfy beds and nice bathroom products, the AC worked well, but the room smelled like smoke, there were only two bath towels for three people, the second room for two had just one towel, the closet had too few hangers, and the fitness center was dark.
