“Cost was better than the others nearby and beds were comfortable.”

The beds were very comfortable, but the hallways had noticeable debris that didn’t get cleaned up during our 3‑day stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel. Great breakfast. Washer/dryer broken the whole time. We spent 5 days there. We had to go to a laundromat. Ice maker broken

I liked the breakfast options and the fresh ground coffee, and the room turned out to be larger than I expected, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom hadn’t been deep‑cleaned in a while; there was real hair and scum behind the door near the tub and floor, and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because the rod was angled wrong.

“False advertising that should have been an easy fix”

The bed was comfortable, but I paid almost $300 for a hotel with a pool that wasn’t working when I arrived, and I couldn’t get anyone to cancel the reservation. This was awful!

“Das schlechteste Hotel unserer USA Reise.”

The hotel’s location and free parking were great, but the room was dirty and broken everywhere, the staff seemed bored or annoyed, the pool was closed, and I couldn’t open any windows.
