The hotel is in a perfect spot, just 5 minutes outside Nafplio, on the waterfront with a wonderful view of the bay; the facilities feel old but stay clean and respectable, and the whole staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was literally out of this world and definitely rivals a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel. However, there was a stale, damp smell in the hallway on the floor, stronger in shared areas and somewhat unnoticed in rooms.

The spot is good, but many things weren’t working—no water at all, the kitchen faucet was broken, the sink was completely clogged (not even the bathroom), and it was impossible to wash hands or use it. Very disappointed with the room.

The location is right on the sea and has a garden, but the room and bathroom are very old, the fixtures don’t work, and the towels are old and grayed.

It has a sea view, but the equipment is outdated and the hotel is in the process of closing.
