The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The property doesn’t meet 4‑star standards, and the description is partly inaccurate: access from the annex “Hotel am Park” to the wellness area is about 100 m, not 50 m, there’s no separate changing area, no whirlpool, the pool has a separate entrance, and massages feel unprofessional. Everything feels poorly thought out: not only is there no elevator, but many fire‑safety doors are set too high, steps lack handrails and are slippery—hard to navigate with glasses. The same cheap laminate and generic décor cover the whole place. As a guest, there was no water in the room, the bathrobe cost an extra 10 € cleaning fee, and checkout was one hour early. The so‑called wellness shower in the room was just larger with a photo wall, a single fixed shower head, and no adjustment. The minibar was disconnected; the fridge for guests is in another building. There was no phone to the reception in the room, no pen, etc. The hotel cuts corners wherever possible and doesn’t seem to care about guests. The safe didn’t work and wasn’t fixed even after a complaint.
