The location was great, the room was clean, small, and cozy, but the breakfast was very weak.

The hotel is just a 6‑minute walk from the Alilaguna pier that connects Marco Polo Airport to Venice by vaporetto, so the location in central Venice is excellent and the area is quiet, with the main sights (St. Mark’s Square, Rialto Bridge, Accademia Bridge, Santa Lucia Train Station…) all within a 20‑minute walk. I appreciated that the front desk offered free bottled water, with or without carbonation. The room was functional and comfortable, with air conditioning and heating, and a good bathroom. There was a small terrace with pleasant views of the rooftops and the adjacent street. The buffet breakfast was good and varied, with sweet and savory options; adding scrambled or fried eggs and bacon would have made it more substantial. We stayed on the second floor and the elevator was handy for carrying only hand luggage and for being able to climb the stairs. I would stay here again if I return to Venice and would definitely recommend it. Nothing else worth mentioning in our case.

The location was perfect, only 13 minutes from the train station. The room was spacious enough and had a view of the courtyard.

The location and the friendliness of the staff were good, and the breakfast was also nice. However, there was no hot water or shower pressure.
