The hosts were nice and the value was good. I’d also suggest booking tours through them; after a scam via Viator, they saved my visit to Abu Simbel. No mosquitoes or anything.

The stay was truly wonderful—felt like home the instant I arrived. The hosts were welcoming, attentive, and kind, and everything was clean, comfy, and thoughtfully arranged. I’d definitely return. The only small issue was the lack of a boat service to and from the guest house, so I had to walk a longer distance to the Nile dock to cross to the other side of Aswan.
