The air conditioning was broken, so I had to change rooms. There were cockroaches in the room. I will not stay there again.

The bed was great—big and comfortable. I couldn’t get the Wi‑Fi password to work.

Nothing. The room was old and dirty in the hallway, with a moldy and mildewed smell from a constantly leaking icemaker, and a staff member mopped the floor with dirty water.

Nothing. We paid for the room for 2 nights and never stayed there. The location was terrible. Transits were outside the location. The person helping us check in looked like a thug.
