“Nice place to stay very centrally located”

Nice spot to stay, great location, very affordable, right next to the gym, but mosquitoes were everywhere.

“Wonderful place if it weren't for inconsiderate neighbor.”

All the fixtures worked perfectly and the light switches were in intuitive spots; the staff was friendly. The late‑night noise from a neighboring facility was really rude and inconsiderate, especially on a Monday night with young kids still up after 1:00 am and school the next day. This issue wasn’t caused by Ecran Guesthouse and was beyond their control.

The room was very nice, clean, with a spacious bathroom and a great location on the Riverfront, surrounded by all the amenities and an excellent noodle restaurant. However, there was no sign indicating it was a guesthouse, only the noodle restaurant, and after 21.30–22:00 it was a problem getting through the gate because two cars were parked so tightly that anyone less athletic would never manage, plus there was no night staff.

“Idéal pour un séjour à Kampot”

Le personnel nous a reçus tôt le matin et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en toute sécurité en attendant le Check In. D’ailleurs les bagages ont été portés directement dans la chambre avant notre retour tardif. Le rapport qualité / prix était bon. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle. L’emplacement idéal pour se rendre aux différents points d’intérêts et restaurants à pied. Nous avons malheureusement eu la première chambre qui donne sur la rue et la plage. Si le restaurant devant ferme relativement tôt, ce n’est pas le cas du bar de plage qui donne des concerts et passe de la musique avec un volume sonore exagérément élevé jusqu’à une heure du matin. Nous regrettons la gêne occasionnée mais qui n’est pas du fait de l’établissement en lui-même
