The room was spotless and everything inside worked as it should; the staff were attentive. However, the room I received wasn’t the one I had booked—it was the smallest on the top floor. The Oasis stopped having water for the last two days. You have to request the towels you need, and if you want them folded you must ask for that too.

I loved the hotel; the rooms were super comfortable and clean, and the staff’s service was excellent. They treated me wonderfully, the prices were affordable, and the location was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Horrifying, filthy, the staff were extremely rude, the owner even more so, and the worst part was that they claimed they couldn’t honor the Booking price—how can they still be on the app? Nothing, gloomy, dirty, horrible, rude, abusive.
