The breakfast was very bad and the ingredients were very poor. The service was bad from the moment of arrival, with extra charges requested, constant nuisance from staff that disturbed comfort, some employees refusing to welcome guests in the lobby, the air conditioning in the main ground floor hall was shut off and the heat was unbearable while receiving guests or eating, and finally there were foul smells in the elevator.

We also liked how they attended to our needs throughout our visit, and overall we felt very satisfied. There were no particular issues, and the stay was enjoyable with no problems.
The location of the property, the friendliness of the reception, and finding water and fruit in the room were all great. The air conditioning never lowered the temperature.
