The food was very good, and we enjoyed eating together in our room by the open window. The garden’s scent coming through the window made the experience especially relaxing and memorable. We weren’t fans of the communal bathrooms; the setup was manageable, but some guests were disrespectful and didn’t leave the shared spaces clean or considerate.

The pool, spa, and restaurant food were great.

The building itself is stunning, and the surrounding structures and gardens make for a delightful stroll; the artwork really caught my eye. The only downside was the loud noise from a nearby entrance with heavy doors slamming until about midnight, which made the location feel quite noisy.

This hotel tops my list of favorites—an oasis just 20 minutes from Portland that feels like a European getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel truly special. No complaints.
