I liked the place at first, but everything turned out horrible: the caravan smelled everywhere, there were spider webs, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, and I realized I made a huge mistake booking it. I’ll think twice before doing anything like that again.

There was no balcony as the photos showed, and after a bank transfer for a mess charge they said it would be returned but they kept it and claimed the mess was fake.

I never received the room; it was already occupied. I paid twice—once through Clear Pay, which I’ve already gotten a refund for, and once by bank card, which I still haven’t been refunded for.

I was told after a 3‑hour drive that the place was fully booked even though I had paid in advance, and the owner was rude and unapologetic, leaving my son and me with nowhere to stay—a very stressful situation.
