Clean, friendly, and well maintained – it was a very good experience. I’ve stayed there before and will do so again. I kept having to reload my password for the Wi‑Fi.

I was pleased that the floor was laminate instead of carpet because it keeps cleaner; the room itself was spotless, the sofa looked new, and the bed was very comfortable. We asked for a second pillow each and they supplied them. The fridge was large enough to hold a decent amount of food and drinks. The location is great, right in the middle of the wineries to the east and west, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and a gas bar nearby. However, the complimentary pastries were actually sweet cakes like Vachon and Little Debbie, not real pastries. The building was advertised as having a water view, so I tried to find the grassy area overlooking the river, but I couldn’t locate it. The photos showing water shores and views are misleading.

Everything was excellent: the staff were very cooperative, the room was extremely comfortable, and the complimentary snack service in the morning was great. Julia Tran at reception was especially helpful and fulfilled our request. Nothing was lacking.

The bed was super comfortable and spacious, the facilities had been upgraded and modernized, and the location was excellent for my return to Toronto. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
