The room came with a private onsen bath, which was great, but the "life table" restaurant was too loud and crowded; when we asked to move to the Grill restaurant and offered to pay, they refused.

No other hotel compares to this one; the lobby feels cozy with an open bar, a foot onsen right outside, and two massive onsens that outshine everything else, and the dining is a revelation—there’s a huge all‑you‑can‑eat spread covering Japanese, Chinese, Western, and European dishes, plus an all‑you‑can‑drink bar featuring sake, wine, hard liquor, soft drinks, and more, all in a roomy, comfortable setting that no Japanese hotel can match. The only downside was that even though we arrived around 1 pm, the staff wouldn’t let us talk to anyone until exactly 3 pm.

The hotel is a 10‑minute walk from the city, the staff are very considerate, the sauna has a beautiful view, the staff noted we were on our honeymoon and even prepared a touching small gift.

Gym is excellent. Food is great. Best room view. Room size also very comfortable

The room was spacious and comfortable, the lounge had snacks and drinks—including soft and alcoholic options—meals were excellent, the staff were very helpful, and the location was great, but the towels were low quality, the pajamas were synthetic, there was no robe, and the wines were mediocre.
