Excellent 10/10. A cozy hotel in the city center on a quiet street, not noisy. Comfortable beds, a very cozy room, nothing to complain about. The front desk works until 8 pm. We booked one night but really wanted to stay longer.

Hotel Rinno has an old‑world charm that feels like stepping back in time. I felt very comfortable and was delighted.

I arrived late at night and checked in without any issues; the morning coffee is included, which is nice. The room was clean and cozy. The administrator was reachable even at such a late hour. I’ll definitely stay here next time. Everything was super, I recommend it.

Breakfast was good. The cooked to order pancakes were really lovely. The 'mimosa bar' was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, and the hotel is on a really quiet street, yet quite near the centre of the city. We really appreciated that the room was ready for us over an hour before the official check-in time. For breakfast, one coffee machine is probably not enough, when the machine begins to go on a go-slow because it needs attention. A few more fresh salad/vegetable/fruit options would have been welcome, but we were happy with the overall standard. Cleaning was a bit hit and miss, but when we went to Reception to request toilet rolls, the receptionist was very apologetic and we gathered that they may have been short-staffed. The room could have smelled a bit fresher upon arrival, but after opening the windows it was ok
