The room was cool. 10 minutes after check in the housekeeper used his card and entered the room without knocking and saw my wife getting undressed. She did not like that at all I went to the office to complain and they offered me a cheaper room to swith into so I requested my money back which they did and then wanted me to pay a discounted rate for the trouble. After I got back to the room I started looking closer and there was a cigarette butt behind some furniture that looked months old. There is also a black mold problem in that room because of the jacuzzi. They neglected to actually scrub the jacuzzi and I had to do it myself because it was full of other people's hair. Even with the discount that room was very overpriced. I will definitely not be returning to that location ever again

I requested a non‑smoking room, but the one I received had a horrible smell, and the sheets were awful.

“Great place as long as you have a car.....”

The fridge, freezer, and microwave were handy, and parking was available, but there was only one chair, the TV would sometimes lose sound, and the lack of a kettle was inconvenient.

“A Overnight Stay in West Providence.”

It was relatively quiet during daylight, yet noises from neighboring rooms kept coming at night; the hotel was very close to a dining restaurant, the rooms were fairly roomy and appeared clean, but the room at the very end might have been a prime spot, though the adjoining tenants were questionable.
