I liked nothing about it, the location was terrible and the place was extremely untidy. The rooms were very dirty, cockroaches roamed around, customer service was poor, there was no ventilation, and it felt unsafe; it should not even be listed.
“Not very happy”
The room was big enough for a family of four and the bathroom was clean, but overall hotel cleanliness was poor; there was obvious dust on the bed headrest, the sofa, and the window grills, making it feel not very hygienic.
It was nice to stay.
The staff were great and the services were good; the food was decent, they have an in‑house kitchen where you can order anything from their menu and have it delivered to your room quickly.
