The staff were very kind. The waiters at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful. The pool water in the wellness area was pleasant. The courtyard was beautiful and tidy. Our room was a bit cramped and could use a little renovation. The pool tiles were broken or missing in several spots.

“Ужас.... силна и кънтяща музика, крясъци,смях и блъскане на врати”

The location, the greenery around the hotel, and the supposed calmness. We visited this hotel for the third and last time; the location makes it convenient and accessible because of its proximity to the highway, but frankly we are not satisfied with the conditions. The first time we booked, the room was noisy, and they asked us for extra money to use the air‑conditioner. The second time we stayed, there was no air‑conditioner in the room and because it was so hot we couldn’t sleep and left the hotel during the night, exhausted and irritated. The third time was truly awful – a wedding was being celebrated, the music was loud, the whole hotel echoed, people were walking down the corridors, shouting, laughing, and slamming doors. Sleeping was impossible, resting was also impossible, we were forced to leave at midnight, it was unbearable, and besides we couldn’t sleep, we left the hotel exhausted and irritated. Naturally we didn’t have breakfast, but we paid for it. We can’t understand how guests can be accommodated while a wedding is happening, which means that everyone who is not attending the wedding can’t rest or sleep at all, suddenly, something they paid for but don’t get. We paid to not sleep, not rest, not have breakfast. For the three times at this hotel we never managed to buy anything even once.

The location is nice, it’s in a beautiful spot and has potential; the garden is atmospheric but not maintained. There was a bed bug in the mattress, the room was dirty, the wellness area was missing tile pieces, there was a lot of weed, the food ran out and we had to wait a long time for replenishment, and the bed was uncomfortable.

“Was zo warm in de kamer, kon niet slapen. Ben om vier uur in de nacht vertrokken.”

I ended up with a double‑booked room that had a black roof right under the window, so I could see it from inside. Because of that, the room never cooled down, even when the air‑conditioner was on.
