The apartment was clean and very functional. It’s well located near the train station and tramway. Danylo’s welcome was perfect. The neighbourhood is noisy like all of Nice, but that doesn’t ruin the stay, so no problem.

The stay in Nice Center Room was a perfect hit. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and it was so pleasant to return after a full day. The owner was very polite, helpful, and contact was instant. The location is another huge plus; the apartment is very close to the city centre and the train station, so you could walk everywhere or quickly catch transport for further trips.

The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the tram that takes you into the city centre and the sea is nearby, and the train station is also within walking distance. The room was pleasant, the house is beautiful and the neighbourhood is good. Check‑in was simple and the owner was very helpful. It’s a perfect spot for a few days or longer. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is clean. I can only recommend it.
