The location is unbeatable, with a room overlooking Toledo and Piazza della Carità. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and efficient, and the staff responded fast and politely on WhatsApp. The bathroom is spacious and the room feels newly renovated.

The spot is great for city exploration, especially with the tram stop right nearby. The host replies to messages super fast and is very helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't cleaned daily and towels aren't changed. The price feels steep given the lack of daily housekeeping.

Clean, cozy atmosphere with great décor and a good mattress.

Central location. The balcony is useless, and the fridge shuts off when you take the key card with you.

A truly pleasant stay! The room sits in a very central spot, perfect for walking around Naples. It was very clean, comfortable, and had air‑conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. My friend and I had a fantastic time and will definitely return.
