The place is very pretty, with many thoughtful details and excellent service, and the location is great, but the room is very small; even though the bed is comfy, we—being a tall couple—had trouble sleeping, plus the window faces the entry corridor and a lamp turns on when someone passes, waking us, and the curtains don’t block the light enough.

The shared bathroom doors were made of glass, which made my silhouette visible and felt unsafe and uncomfortable since I didn’t know who else would be using the bathroom. In my room the bathroom was only about a meter from the bed and its doors were also glass, so it was a total inconvenience—especially if you’re traveling with family, the reflection would be even worse. When we left at 7:30 am, the staff told us that if we stayed past 2:00 pm to pick up our luggage we’d be charged 200 pesos for storage, a policy I’ve never seen in any other hotel and felt unfair.
