The view is unbeatable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. The only problem was some staff at the rooftop bar: one waitress suggested a 30 % tip, which is a lot for a tourist, and at breakfast some staff simply stared at us as we walked in.

The hotel is clean and well managed, with no complaints. The restaurant is good, most staff are very nice and competent. The staff are energetic young Greeks, though the ownership seems non‑Greek. Hard to say. It feels like the new Greece, not the old. It is a trendy spot in Monastiraki; the location is good, but increased tourism has made the area crowded with pedestrians.

The spot was spot‑on, the hotel was spotless, stylish, and roomy. Our room was comfy with a big bathroom. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty choices, and the bar stocked a solid drink list. The vistas were gorgeous, but the real highlight was the staff—everyone was super friendly, helpful, and professional, delivering top‑level service. The only flaw was that our room had no window; otherwise, no issues.
