The location is good, but the basement parking was poorly managed.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, expecting to check in to our two booked rooms. But things quickly went downhill. The staff still hadn't arranged the rooms, even though we'd paid in full, and the first room we were given was fine, but the second one reeked. We asked for a change, and they moved us to a room on the 3rd floor, but it was flooded because the previous guest had left the bathroom faucet on.
