They deceived me by claiming they don't accept local IDs, which is a blatant lie; if such deceit occurs during check‑in, how can anyone tolerate it? Their cheap tactics tarnish the property's reputation and also discredit the booking platform, so I advise everyone to avoid staying there after this incident.

There was no breakfast, the charger socket was broken, the room sensor failed for two days, the towel rod in the wash area was broken, and only one towel was supplied for two people in a double‑bedroom. I reported all these issues to Front Line Supervisors, Room No. 306.
