We paid extra for two rooms that were supposed to have garden views, yet both faced a dusty street; I mentioned it at the front desk, the manager never responded, not even the next day, and I would have expected at least an apology and a discount.
The castle is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. When I asked, I even received gluten‑free bread. From the castle you can walk straight to a park with a summer cinema, and there’s a great pool nearby.
The room and bathroom on the third floor are cramped. Every time I got up I hit my head. The bathroom is cramped, impractical for a man. Otherwise the room is OK.
