The breakfast buffet is simple, and table placements are named. The espresso coffee is mass‑produced by an employee, stored in a large container in advance, and served by an unpleasant server.

The proximity to La Pelosa beach and the restaurants is great, and breakfast is decent. This hotel doesn't deserve a 4‑star rating! The room furniture looks like it’s from the 90s and is in bad condition, same for the bathroom. There’s no phone in the room to call reception, so I had to go down because they forgot to put my bath towels. I was given two towels that weren’t bath towels right in front of everyone at reception! Very disappointed for the price.

The location is fantastic, with beautiful beaches nearby, though most of them are paid. Walking distance to La Pelosa beach, which is truly stunning. The room felt more like a 3‑star place; its furnishings, cleanliness, and condition didn't match a 4‑star hotel. There was no minibar, the fridge was loud and kept me awake, and the doors didn't seal properly. Staff often left the terrace door open, letting bugs into the room, and at night the courtyard terrace couldn't be opened because it was the only ventilation, so swine were right outside the room. There was no blanket; we only received one the next day, and it was rough, heavy and uncomfortable. The room was off‑site, so we had to go through the courtyard parking to reach the reception or services.

Der Strand war ganz ok. Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die gesamte Ausstattung entspricht höchstens einem 1 Sterne Hotel. 4x Die Woche Hähnchen, keine wechselnden Speisen. Essen war immer kalt und frisches Obst bestand aus alten Apfelsinen, Äpfel und steinharten Nektarinen.Abends ab und zu Melone. Außerdem waren die Preise am Strand für 1 Liegestuhl, 1 Sonnenliege und 1 Schirm hoch. Wochentags 30 € und am Wochenende 40 €, 1. Und 2. Reihe 20 Euro mehr. Buchen musste man im Hotel. Der Pool wurde in 17 Tagen 2x gereinigt und es gab 10 Liegestühle am Pool. Absoluter Missgriff🤢🤢🤢
