“Great stay”
The location was amazing. You can walk literally anywhere within a couple minutes. Nearby to many restaurants in Chinatown and in Soho. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room service is SUPER. They clean a few times a day, refill towels very often during the day, make the bed twice a day. This is very helpful as we stayed with our kid. Only some small issues: there was 0 outlet in the bathroom areas, so it's hard to style your hair while getting ready in the morning. Soundproofing is not the best, at night you can still hear people talking in the street (the room is a corner room and face chinatown directly)
