The property is nice and cozy and it has the proper facilities for a hostel. The staff is also friendly. However I cannot give this property a high rating because of the lack of tranparency. They have a very strict curfew and no one can come in or out of the building between 23:00 - 8:00. I understand that every property can have rules, however on every booking website (including this one) there is a section called 'Policies' or 'House Rules' where such things should be CLEARLY written. That is because for some people this can be a major inconvenience and because it is not a standard practice for hotels or hostels. Not only you are not allowed in and out of the building, you are not allowed in the common areas either, you are basically locked in your room. If I knew about this, I wouldn't have booked here. It is not ok to find out after you booked and paid that you need to adjust all your travel plans around a curfew, it's dishonest. You cannot attend late night events and you also need to make sure you don't have tickets to early morning trains and so many other problems. Not to mention what would happen in case of a medical emergency. Please be HONEST with people and clearly state the STRICT house rules on booking websites. ALL BOOKING WEBSITES HAVE A DEDICATED SECTION FOR THIS
ничего. худший вариант из всех, где мне приходилось жить. начнем с того, что местоположение далеко от центра города, это завышенная цена. УЖАСНОЕ спальное место, хуже у меня не было никогда! видимо, у хозяев был плохой опыт с людьми с недержанием, поэтому они заведомо к людям с недержанием относят всех своих гостей - матрас сам по себе удобный, НО на нем лежит жесткая клеенка для людей, кто справляет свою нужду в кровати, простынь - это рваная дырявая царапающаяся полиэтиленовая пленка, укрываешься ты пододеяльником тоже из синтетики и подушка также из синтетики. то есть ты просто всю ночь спишь внутри полиэтиленового пакета, который жесткий, ужасно шумит от каждого движения, и ты всю ночь в нем мокнешь и потеешь, так как привык спать на хлопковом белье, а не синтетическом. кроме того, на простыни было много (штук 10) черных волос средней длины 🤮 и это точно были НЕ НАШИ волосы! общение с хозяином было довольно строгим, все время было ощущение, что тебе не доверяют и пытаются еще сверху на тебе заработать: боятся, что ты обмочешься и защищают от тебя кровать; заселение строго по времени; ванные принадлежности есть обычные (большие упаковки общего пользования), а вот маленькие личные тюбики, которые в отелях всегда дают бесплатно - тут за отдельную плату; на завтрак по сути надо успеть спуститься за 30 минут, 8:00-8:30, иначе не успеешь - под это тоже тяжело спланировать свой день; кофе, заказанный в их кафе отнести в номер в кружке не разрешили - перелили в пластиковый стакан (бояться, что украдут? разбить можно и в кафе, пока до столика несешь); вход в котокафе платный, хотя там просто лежат кошки и коты на своих креслах, никто к тебе не подходит и не ласкается. в общем отдохнуть перед дорогой не получилось, лучше забронировать что-то в центре города и проехаться на такси, чем жить в таком хостеле

Très bon logement ! Un peu excentré mais très bien fourni, la chambre et le personnel étaient vraiment tops et le café au rez-de-chaussée est 100% un atout du lieu. Cozy, bonne musique, réduction sur les boissons et possibilité de goûter à l'alcool local. Que demander de mieux ? Ah oui, il ferme à 23h, c'est idéal pour se poser après une journée de visite 😌 Je recommande à 100%, même si le réseau de bus rend les déplacements parfois difficiles par son imprévisibilité. Bon voyage à Andong !
The place is quite unique. A whole library-cafe with cats, and a guesthouse upstairs. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Rooms were cosy and comfortable. The location is a bit tricky, out in the fields. Be sure to go tot he left when you find a bus stop. It's quite unique and very quiet. At the same time, you're 10mn walk from the train and bus station, so all the areas around are available. It was a very nice experience
