Perfect on the route from Chicago to St. Louis. The place looks unremarkable, the décor is dated but clean and functional. Nothing special; it’s a modest motel, so don’t expect much.

The bathroom was filthy, with a hole in the shower covered by tape, and the white door was so dirty it looked black.
