The staff was wonderful and friendly. The handicap room we stayed in had no place for toiletries in the shower, so we used a chair. We used the pool during the day and had to go to the front desk because we couldn’t find the light switch for the shower; to turn the lights on she had to illuminate the entire room, which seems like a waste of electricity.

The hotel is tidy. The room smelled and you couldn’t open a window. The breakfast clearly shows that diabetes is a common disease.

Breakfast offered a nice variety of options and our family could get what they enjoyed; sausage and biscuits and fresh fruit were a plus, but the sound proofing between floors was less than desirable.
