I left as soon as I saw the room in full heat in Marina di Massa in 2026; inside it was 30 °C with a barely working fan, and the receptionist handed me the keys without much explanation, telling me where to go. I was disappointed that I had paid in advance, only to find the room empty and the staff earning 120 € from a free room. When I asked how we could stay a night in an hotel under these conditions, she said it was my choice, but she could live in a sauna at home and not expect guests to do the same. I hope this review helps others avoid being scammed by this fake eco‑friendly but sly operator.

The room was spacious and welcoming, but the blinds didn’t work well and there was no air‑conditioning; during my stay it was unbearably hot and humid, and while the fan was powerful, an air‑conditioner would have made a big difference.

The building sits very close to the sea, which is great, but the room had no air‑conditioning, only a ceiling fan that made summer feel a bit stuffy, so I tried sleeping with the window open, yet the street noise kept me from doing so.
