Parking was nearby and a fun challenge. The scent was bold, unique, and unforgettable. The entrance was decorated with red‑wine accents. Other guests were lively and gregarious, ready to lift you up and share Philadelphia’s local sounds. I can’t recommend this place enough. The only downside was that it was too cheap for what they offer.

The property was exceptionally clean, staff were accommodating and polite, and the 24/7 front desk made me feel completely safe; everyone responded quickly to requests.

The front desk guys were friendly and the room was clean, but at 3:30 am the radiator cover fell off with a huge BANG onto the floor. I told the desk man in the morning and he promised someone would come up to fix it. When we came back around 4:00 pm it was still on the floor and the room hadn’t been cleaned—trash cans were full, towels weren’t replaced, there was no bath mat and no shampoo. The next desk man said he had no idea because no one had informed him, yet he did move us to another room, which was appreciated. I hope the staff communication improves.

There was no breakfast. The maintenance was poor: plumbing problems, the door was loose, water didn’t heat fast enough. There was no smart TV, only big towels instead of washcloths, and when I asked for toilet paper they gave me facial tissue.
