This place has some great things going for it - the hot spring and garden are really nice, and my kid loved the little games they had set up. The room was clean and no issues there. But, I have to say, the bath area was a mess after some group of tourists came through - I ended up cleaning up after them, which was a bummer.

The staff here are super friendly, the hot spring is really relaxing, and the dinner is delicious - I'd definitely recommend trying this place if you're in the area. No complaints from me!

The staff are really nice and accommodating - they helped me out with a last-minute request. My only gripe is that the baths aren't swapped between men and women at any point, which was a bit of a letdown.

I loved the view from my room - there's a beautiful Sakura tree lane that's perfect for a relaxing stay.
