How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place sits in a convenient spot, clean and simple, which worked for us. Staff were helpful and warm, the breakfast was delightful, and the free laundry and snacks added a nice touch. Getting hot water from the shower was a hassle until the staff told me to turn the knob all the way left and let it run.

The hotel’s location is superb, within a short walk to many sights, and the staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was one of the best I've tasted at a hotel, and the room was comfy with a nice hammock that was actually enjoyable. The shower water takes a while to heat—about a full shower’s worth of time—and I noticed a strange damp‑looking mark on the wall.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast and snacks were tasty, and the rooms were clean and well kept. The only downside was the lobby renovations, though the noise was daytime only and didn’t disturb our sleep.

The location worked well for our plans, and the rooftop vibe was great. Beds were super comfy, daily housekeeping was appreciated even for a short stay, and the 24/7 pantry stocked drinks, snacks, and treats. Breakfast was convenient, and the staff—though I didn’t catch their names—were sweet and accommodating, with security making us feel welcomed. The only gripe: the elevator doors slam shut too fast, which was a bit annoying.

I enjoyed the stay; the property was nice even with construction underway, which I knew before booking. The lobby construction didn’t cause any noise, and the room was very comfortable. It’s close to many walkable restaurants and attractions.
