“Parfait”
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Ksar Kaissar. From the warm welcome to the comfort of the rooms, everything was perfect. The staff was extremely professional and attentive to every detail. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Mohamed Chagiri for his exceptional service and availability, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I ended up staying at a different hotel than the one I booked, but it turned out to be a great place with an incredible view of the valley. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but the price was way too high considering the limited food options and cleanliness issues I encountered during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was quiet, which I appreciated. However, when the management relocated us to another hotel closer to the city center, I was somewhat disappointed to find that the new hotel was of lower quality, yet the price remained the same. Additionally, I found the director to be quite pushy and not entirely transparent in their offers, which was a letdown.
